Janet Moreira Gamble is a Florida Bar Certified Intellectual Property attorney with Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A. Ms. Moreira Gamble’s practice includes the prosecution, enforcement, and maintenance of international and domestic trademark portfolios, UDRP proceedings, and transactional matters relating to intellectual property.

Robert H. Thornburg is an attorney with Allen Dyer Doppel Milbrath & Gilchrist, P.A. Mr. Thornburg, who attended Notre Dame and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, is a Registered Patent Attorney with extensive experience in the areas of patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and related technology litigation. He also represents clients in the areas of patent and trademark prosecution, domain name disputes, and electronic discovery counseling.

Dr. Dover is a Registered Patent Attorney with Christopher & Weisberg, P.A. Her practice has a particular emphasis on patent matters relating to biotechnology and life science, including DNA/RNA/PNA, recognition of genetic disease markers, organic and inorganic chemistry, plant sciences, treatments for diseases, and medical devices. Katherine is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of Hawaii School of Law, and authored “Epigenetics and the Patentability of Methylation Patterns in Japan,” 10 Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal.
Joseph Polimeni, Secretary
Joseph Polimeni is a Registered Patent Attorney. Mr. Polimeni is employed by International Business Machines (IBM) and works in the intellectual property licensing department. He has extensive experience evaluating potential infringement of computer and software patents. Mr. Polimeni is a graduate of the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and has advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering and Computer Engineering. Before joining the IBM IP licensing group, Mr. Polimeni developed software and managed large software engineering projects. Mr. Polimeni is the inventor of seven US patents.
